Sr Manager, System Healht & Performance Management – Philips

Position Description:
You will be helping to scale our newly launched “as-a-service” business model and existing service offers. You will be responsible for working with technical experts to define metrics and methods of measuring system usage and health of our enterprise patient monitoring systems. These metrics will contribute to the performance dashboard helping customers and Philips achieve service level agreements and identify opportunities for improvement.

[Full-Time (Salaried)] Salary Range: 130000-150000

Schedule Requirements:
1st shift

Minimum Requirements:
You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in hospital data flows (e.g., CPOE, EMR, RIS, LIS and PACS) and related data format standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM, FHIR and IHE), and healthcare terms and classifications (SNOMED CT, ICD10)
High affinity with applying new IT platforms / dash boarding software tools for reporting and experience
Your skills include knowledge of monitoring systems and experience developing reporting dashboards, database design, modeling and dynamic visualization
You have a Masters in Computer Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field 10 years of work experience desired
You’re an expert at working cross-functionally with strong verbal and written communication skills in able to manage complex projects.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Level of English Required: Advanced/Fluent
