Position Description:
Campus Child Care, Inc. (CCC) is an independent, non-profit corporation serving Harvard University and the surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide the very best quality care and education for young children and their families. Providing care in spaces built for children, our exceptional staff are supported through all stages of their professional development.

We seek infant, toddler and preschool teachers who have experience planning emergent, open-ended curriculum, documenting children’s growth, performing children’s assessments, and have experience working as part of a collaborative team. Qualified candidates will be warm, flexible and committed to the field of early childhood education.

Teachers at CCC plan curriculum based on observations of the children, set a daily rhythm of the day that works for the group in their care and work in an environment that views them as professionals.

Compensation Commensurate with experience, education, and training
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in a lead teaching role
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Early Education & Care (EEC) certification
Experience with documentation, parent communication, and emergent curriculum
Ability to bend, stretch, keep up with active children, and lift up to 25lbs

Additionally, qualified candidates will have:
A deep understanding of child development
Ability to establish trusting relationships with the children in their care,
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills

PLEASE NOTE: Proof of Covid vaccine, including booster, is required for this position.
