Adoption & Outcomes Manager – Philips

Position Description:
As our Clinical Adoption and Outcomes Senior Manager working in our business innovation team, you will develop and drive a visionary roadmap for clinical success in patient monitoring. You will be building active networks with key contacts in and outside Philips to keep abreast of new developments and insights.

[Full-Time (Salaried)] Salary Range: 130000-150000

Schedule Requirements:
1st shift

Minimum Requirements:
You’re familiar with the role, advantages, and limitations of patient monitoring systems and related IT systems.
You have 10+ years of clinical care experience both at the bedside and departmental management.
Fluency with typical roles and interactions within a nursing department and/or hospital; understand roles as linked to KPIs
You can execute structured root cause analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving methodologies (supported by tools and procedures), and explain the process and results to stakeholders
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to complex organizational structures, varying cultures, and potentially conflicting goals. Comfort working with both internal and external customers
You’re an expert at working cross-functionally with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to manage projects.
Conduct data collection, user interviews, literature reviews and SME reviews needed to measure customer impacts.
Level of English Required: Advanced/Fluent
