Raul Salinas Ortega is a mindful and mission-driven professional with over a decade of experience supporting diverse communities through advocacy, housing, and health initiatives. Fluent in English and Spanish, Raul brings a deep commitment to cultural competence and inclusive engagement, ensuring that every resident feels seen, respected, and empowered.

With a strong background in community outreach, case management, and health equity, Raul has worked collaboratively with individuals and families to overcome barriers, strengthen connections, and promote holistic well-being. His approach emphasizes compassion, active listening, and respect for each person’s unique background and goals.

Outside of work, Raul enjoys fitness, outdoor activities, and exploring new places – finding balance and inspiration in nature. He believes that mindful movement and connection with others are essential to both personal and community growth.
