More Residents Move Into 100 Homes Properties

Since the 2018 100 Homes Lottery, 8 households have moved into apartments in the 100 Homes program from the Priority List. This includes multiple households who were experiencing homelessness, who could not place their vouchers in Somerville, or who were going to be evicted by no fault of their own. We are still accepting applications for the program on a rolling basis. Applications are available at the SCC office and on our website.

Somerville sits on the original homelands of the Massachusett, Wampanoag, Naumkeag, and Nipmuc tribal nations. We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and forced removal from this territory, and we honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous peoples still connected to this land on which we live and work.
