First Source & Fin Lit News for June

Just in time for the 50th Launch, First Source has placed over 50…wait, make that over 65 people in new jobs so far this year!! Half of those are with the new Encore Casino, in a range of positions including kitchen/cook staff, housekeepers, valet attendant, and slot attendant, among others.First Source also ran two cohorts of job readiness training at SCALE and launched the Careers in Healthcare class at SCALE. And the latest group of Financial Literacy students graduated in June – big congrats to them! 
The First Source Networking Cafe continues its success – recent visiting employers have included Whole Foods, Walnut St. Center, Bright Horizons, Foundation Kitchen, Triumvirate, City of Somerville, Citizens Bank, and the Marriott!
