We are very excited to announce that SCC will be transforming 176 – 184 Broadway, which includes an abandoned and boarded up apartment building and the former Patsy’s Pastry Shop, into a new 100% affordable housing development called Casa East! We are still in the very early stages of the project, so stay tuned for more info posted here or attend our upcoming community meetings.

Please feel free to reach out to us with your questions or concerns at the email address below.

Somerville sits on the original homelands of the Massachusett, Wampanoag, Naumkeag, and Nipmuc tribal nations. We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and forced removal from this territory, and we honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous peoples still connected to this land on which we live and work.
