In April 2022, SCC sold the final unit at 163 Glen St to first-time homebuyer households at a below market price with support from the City of Somerville Community Preservation Act. All units belong to households earning between 81% and 110% of the Area Median Income.

The building is located between Union Square and Assembly Row and is only 700 ft from the Washington Street Green Line Stop and walking distance to neighborhood schools. All units have extra high ceilings, oversized windows, modern white kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, laminate wood flooring, in-unit laundry, and private patio or balcony and include one parking space per unit.

We are proud to have developed this site that is now permanently affordable.

Somerville sits on the original homelands of the Massachusett, Wampanoag, Naumkeag, and Nipmuc tribal nations. We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and forced removal from this territory, and we honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous peoples still connected to this land on which we live and work.
