Stave-Been (Bibine) Francois

Career Coach

Stave-Been (Bibine) Francois is a First Source Career Coach at SCC. She provides one-on-one job coaching for participants in 3 different languages: English, French, Haitian Creole. She assists with networking, career exploration, job search, and connection with local employers. Bibine has experience working with diverse immigrant communities. She also has been working with Haitian community for the past 6+ years, providing language access and encouraging community engagement in the community.

Bibine is passionate about working with people and eager to assist anyone who needs help. Previously, she had worked with elderly people providing advocacy services throughout the Boston area. Bibine loves working with kids and has been a leader at the Children’s Ministry at her church since 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science and Business from Eastern Nazarene College.
