Estefany is a self-driven, passionate, and dedicated individual whose desire to inspire and help others stems from her experience as a first-generation immigrant. She has previously worked at the Medford Public Library, Teen Empowerment, the Mayor’s Office in Malden,  Mass Eye and Ear, Mass General Hospital, and served as a board member for The Welcome Project. Estefany brings her diverse experiences to the First Source team as a Career Coach, assisting job seekers to achieve success. Estefany’s desire is to plant healthy seeds of encouragement and help everyone she works with grow.
